Yahoo! Finance: Life Insurance Industry News: Gerova to probe market manipulation and collusion

[at Financial Times] - Gerova Financial, the US-listed group that last month agreed to buy UK stock­broker Seymour Pierce, said it had hired Kroll, an intelligence company, to investigate possible "market manipulation and collusion" aimed at driving down Gerova's share price.
